Our house rules
We ask our tenants to respect our house rules for a pleasant neighbourly life.
- Recycling:
For the sake of the environment, please recycle your waste in the bins provided. - Inventory:
Damage to the apartment and inventory is to be avoided. However, if something is broken or lost, please inform us immediately by e-mail. This way the damage can be repaired before the next guest arrives. - Children in House Penatz:
Please supervise your children in the flat and on the property. We do not assume any liability. - Nighttime:
In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that you respect the usual quiet times. - Damages and liability:
Guests are liable for damages as far as they are self-inflicted. This does not include small items such as a broken plate. Lock windows and doors when leaving the flat. We accept no liability in the event of burglary or theft. This also applies to damage to vehicles. - Smoking:
Please do not smoke in the flats or in the stairwell. We are happy to provide ashtrays outside or on the balcony.
