In House Penatz you don't have to worry about any additional costs or extra expenses, because heating, electricity, water, waste, as well as internet and television are already included in the rental prices. In addition, we provide you with a free parking space in front of the house, an iron and ironing board, and we take care of the thorough final cleaning of the flat after you move out.
Additional services in Penatz
For even more comfort in your temporary home, we offer additional services that you can book individually and directly with us:- Dog: EUR 70 per week
- Cleaning and change of linen on request: EUR 40
- Short-term stays of additional persons: EUR 20 per day
Booking information
- Our apartments can be rented for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of one year, we ask that you respect our house rules.
- The booking becomes binding only upon receipt of the deposit of Euro 250,- per week and apartment, the full rental amount is due on the day of arrival.
- Cancellation of your stay in Penatz is free of charge up to eight weeks prior to arrival, from this period onwards the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation. In case of no-show or early departure, the full rental amount will be charged.
- For corporate customers we are happy to issue invoices with VAT shown separately.
